I am enjoying my 10 th days without any pain crisis right now. I feel so good except of the fatigue, you would not believe it !
So I rode quite a lot in the last days, enjoyed the sun and horses were just so nice especially since both had their saddles fitted by Schleese people.
Today is really windy so I am going to let the young chiks alone. Yesterday I plant all my tulips, crocus and other spring bulbs.
So beside the fact I really have time when I need to sleep, I am doing fine. I know it is just an intermede so enjoyed every minute of it !

It is great that you are having some pain-free days.
Enjoy your horses! I always think of you when people on coth or IRL gripe about little things. People should realize that you and others live life to the fullest, without complaining about little things.

Leena, thank you for the inspiration. I am glad you have posted. I have a mild problem compared to cancer, I have MS. Its amazing on you have just kept going. That takes strength. You have made your life what you want it to be and again that takes strength. I know its not easy to wake up everyday and do what you do, but your doing it your way and with that the cancer has not won.
YOu go girl!
Leena when the time comes and we're both in heaven - lets go riding!

Hey Leena - what a great update to read! So happy that you've been feeling good.
I too love tulips; used to plant lots of them when I lived in non-rural areas. Then could not plant them when I mored to the country as the deer would chop them off before blooming. Now in Florida they really don't grow...Oh Well, always a trade off...
We don't get less brave; we get a bigger sense of self-preservation........

2tempe, there is so many other flowers you can grow in Florida !
It was a beautifull week, I enjoy this period where no pain crisis bother my life and we did have beautifull autumn days.
Both young horses got their saddle fitted by Schleese's people at the beginning of october and this made huge changes in their life, are more confortable than ever to ride.
Let me put some pictures of Dynamite de Grey:

This young mare has changed so much since spring ! She is 4 years old and I can see she will change a lot until she gets to 6 years old.
So I rode her in my small ring and this is really tough for her. I'll have to bring her to another place where the ring is a lot bigger so she won't feel stopped by the fences all the time.
More important is the way I feel these days, beside fatigue, cancer has been really quiet so I enjoy every minute.

Thank you !
Dynamite has changed a lot since this spring; her neck has thickened, she grew also by one inches to 16.2 and I am sure she has another inche to get.
But the most incredible thing is that no pain crisis since 19 days where I enjoy riding. No interdose is needed and this is almost a miracle. I know this maybe just a moment so enjoy every minute.
