Oh dear. The photo link isn't working for me.

I am happy for you that you had such a good time. I looked at the photos very late last night. You looked so good with that lovely grey filly. (At least I think it was your silver grey filly. My eyes weren't working too well.)

Yes it was my grey filly indeed ! Thanks so much !

Well, I'll try a rabbit tomorrow morning and I will loose my hair again..For a chance I did not spend much money to have my hair done lately...

I will see if I tolerate the treatment..Pure Taxol ! I wish I could had a Pomerol red wine treatment but they had only Taxol in store...Oh Well !

Thanks for posting the pictures, Élène. I love that first one. I don't know which I like better -- the expression on your face or the one on your horse's. They're both wonderful.

Best of luck with your treatment. I'll be thinking of you.

I have just read your thread for the first time. I want to thank you for putting my day into perspective. You are clearly a strong and positive woman, and I hopefully will think back to this thread if I find myself wallowing in the small unimportant details.

Somehow, I think if anyone can pull the rabbit out, it may be you.

Leena, do well on your pure Taxol!! We will have to see who looses all of their hair first!! I have only half of what I usually have which is really pretty thick but my meds don't start the hair loss until 3 1/2 weeks after the chemoembolization--which is this Friday. You look like you have really nice thick hair, did you ever lose it in your earlier treatments???
Lots of hugs and love and prayers for you as you start this new phase and hoping you don't feel too badly with all the good pain and nausea drugs they have today.
    Love,
    Bernie

Well, I am back in the ring..bouncing around with 150 mg od Dexamethasone in my blood..

So far no allergic reaction, just a sharp drop of blood pressure and low heart beat which is under control..

So I take advantage of this and went to work my greenbeans. Both worked great since both learned mommy was no fooling around..

I will never change my plan..no way !

Well THANK TO ALL OF YOU ! You will never know how all your thoughts, support help me to make a quick wrap-up of my 3 years of battle, explaining the good and the bads, sharing on my deepest anxiety in some way..

I will then be able to inspire a lot of you in my journey !

Just catching up on the latest chapters of the Leena experience. Not on here very often but that doesn't mean I don't think of you often (particularly when I come across a Cheval Canadien)!
I feel so guilty that my ovarian and uterine cancers were caught early and cured with surgery -- no chemo or radiation. Twelve years now!
You do look wonderful on the grey girl, Leena. She must inspire you to carry on as all your other "greenbeans" have in the past. How do you pick such lovely candidates to start?
Praying the "Memorare" for an easier course of chemo! Hugs!!

Suffolk..please don't feal guilty !! My God you are among one of the few lucky woman who was diagnosed on time !

I was terribly misdiagnosed since in october 2006 I had a meningitis and was treated for it..then symptoms apperead after but according to all the specialists and doctors I went to, everybody was reffering to side effects from the meningitis..
So my last luck was to meet that young Gp at the emergency who got right to it..otherwise another 2 month and I would not be here writing to you..

    Talking

    Hi Elene,

How is it going today? I'm glad you are waltzing with another rabbit.

You talk about losing your hair tomorrow. Perhaps, you could use it to make hair extensions for your horse's tail. Start a new fashion statement!

    Hi !!!

Hair is still on but maybe because the dose was not what it used to be..a lower dose..My hair is hanging so far..I know it won't last long..

Good idea; I have actually a filly with a very small tail; maybe this could do the trick ! hahaha !

Well it is a try, just to get a few months maybe if there is a response; we will see maybe some improvement on the Ca125 next week. Maybe it will do nothing. My survival instinct is pretty strong and I don't feel that dizzy this morning, just slow..

Hope for not too much side effect and a good response. There is the dressage CDI I would love to go and watch.. I'll kick my husband butt to have me driven other there...He has been so good to me along the years !

I had another chemos this week..Since I am pretty reactive to Decadron, the only way to stay away and let those effects turned in a positive way insteatd of driving my husband crazy was to ride...

I am pretty quiet today..no nausea, just the side effect of the chemo.

    Thanks for asking..

I have a 2 weeks break now since I have an issue with toxicity already, cannot feel my toes anymore..We will see if this was a good rabbit in 2 weeks.

    Smile Hi Elene!

I have been think a lot about you. I'm glad to see you up on your greenies. I am getting smittened by your silver gray filly. You look so good on her and she tries for you.

Your hair still looks thick, too. Every day counts for those movie star photo magazines, .

I hope this rabbit does the job. Got to train it for gymnastics for you.

    Big hugs,
    Robin
