The approach adopted in all textbooks on quantum mechanics is that the mathematical solution of model problems brings insight in the physics of quantum phenomena. The mathematical prerequisites to work through these model problems are considerable. Moreover, only a few of them can actually be solved analytically. Furthermore, the mathematical structure of the solution is often complicated and presents an additional obstacle for building intuition.

Reconciling the mathematical formalism (that does not describe single events) with the experimental fact that each observation yields a definite outcome is often referred to as the quantum measurement paradox. It is the most fundamental, unsolved problem in the foundation of quantum theory.

I double checked. The wave function collapsed and it won't get up.

A wave function that lasted more than four hours might warp all the stuff. It would be very scary.

It is very frightening. The wave function is just collapsed, right there.

I wish a quantum mechanic would show up. Even if they charge, like, the universe for their services it would be worth it, for real.

The cat died when the wave function collapsed.

    It was sad.

Maybe they drink them while they do the math.
