Default Bulging fluid bump on top of the knee and above it?

A horse I am riding is not lame on it nor has any heat and they say its been like that for years!

I can push pull on it its loose fluid not hard or anything but its stretched the skin out about the size of a golf ball

And then it has a longer lifted area across the knee and thats gotta make the joint stiff right?

Do magnets really work for the fluid?

Do I have to sweat it old school? Some say watch out for infection if you drain it after so long ???

    Gimme some feed back please

Yup. If it's not bothering him, don't bother it.
