    Default Kelly Weiss

    Hi all!!

I'm looking for some assistance out there in COTH land. My BO was thinking about having a clinic with Kelly Weiss and I personally do not know anything about him as a rider, competitor, trainer or clinician and can't seem to find anything online.

I would love to have some info on his style and ability from anyone who has any info. Thanks in advance!

I'll take any info on this gentleman what so ever.

Did you ask your BO what she had in mind?

I don't think that the Kelly Weiss in the link is the same Kelly Weiss. I knew the (male) rider to whom I think Quest52 refers when I lived in MD 20 years ago. He was a nice guy, and I can't recall him having a great interest in equine horoscopes.

I know he worked with Felicitas von Neumann-Cosel when he was in MD, and I think he went on to work long-term with some other BNTs. I remember him as being a good rider. I can't think of any reason not to do the clinic, if you think you and your horse might benefit from it.

Well,it looks like you got all the information and background you need, based on the ad you have advertising the clinic on the IL Horse forum.

NJ Rider, that was the info that was given to me. I wanted to see if I could get info beyond two testimonials.

I personally do not know anything about Kelly and I feel that the people here on COTH are well rounded and could give me some sort of incite. I just wanted to see if I could get information beyond what was directly given to me by Kelly himself. Does that make sense?
