Ok, I got a little lost...but one of my best memories was at Culpeper in July this past year. Brought the new "beau" and decided to rent a golf cart (for the first time ever, I know, most of you do it ALL the time). He had been to several shows prior, was getting into it, really enjoyed it (and was even bathing my horse http://chronicleforums.com/groupee_c...icon_smile.gif). But the golf cart, well, you would have thought I had rented a Mazaradi (sp?). He was wild, loved it, drove me everywhere, drove EVERYONE else everywhere, any time someone needed something at the ring, at the barn, he was zooming back/forth to get it.
What a laugh watching him...and now, all he says is, "when are we going to rent a golf cart??" I told him this weekend, at Culpeper! Should be funny, yet again.

Great thread. I was at some horse show in NJ (I want to say Jr Essex Troop, but could be way off) in the late 70s maybe? We picked up a new customer - with FIVE horses - who were Whitey (equitation horse with severe lordosis), Blackie (jr jumper with talent), Cruise Control (jr hunter, mediocre), Ugly (jumper, useless - I think went to Barneys), and aw heck I can't remember the fifth.
