    Default Richard?

I went to see a nice horse "Richard" and wondered if anyone had any foals by him? He seems to be a nice type. I am considering him for a clients broodmare.

He just has 3 foals in Florida -- they are all 2 years old this year. The two at my farm and one at the farm where he showed/boarded before I purchased him. He may also have an older one in Ocala at a BNT barn (I am not 100% sure about this one though as she is not registered).

He also has a small crop in Holland from 2004 (I have found at least two so far). I am trying to locate some photos for those two I have found but have not had much luck yet. I think I might have found a show record (in dressage) for one of the 2004 Holland foals though.

2010 will be his first season standing to the "public".

Richard is beautiful and his owner Stacia is wonderful to deal with. Good Luck in your search for your clients mare. If my mare wasn't heading back to the show ring she would have had a date with Richard!!!

I really like the horse and was wondering if he is just new to this job in the US or under promoted? The babies I saw at her farm were lovely. Just wondering if there are others out there.....and yes, she and her daughter, were very nice.....

I am sure Stacia will know better, but I don't believe his former owner promoted him. I think he was more her competition mount. Now that Stacia has him I believe him main focus will be breeding.
