Default How much does it cost for a small indoor?

If things go well I would like to put up a small indoor at the place we will be for the next 5-10 years, hopefully longer.

Not something huge, but big enough to work a couple of horses at a time.

We have a 60x150x14(high) and it is satisfactory for
working up to about 3-4 horses at a time. Only small
jumps, but ok for those. Regional lumber store Menards
(hometown Eau Claire, WI) is advertising a pole building
    in this week's circular for $32639 for a 60x126x14H
which would give you enough space. That is materials
cost; figure another $5000 for erection and up to another
$5000 beyond that for electric, footing, site preparation
and such. So around $40,000-$45,000 in Wisconsin
assuming you can go with an ag building and don't need
to comply with requirements for a commercial building.
