Hm-m-m. Moderators may think this thread belongs in Market Place. I will be curious to see what they do. Just sayin'.

Careful too guys because there is a "wants" thread that is pay here!! I would hate to have a good idea of a thread shut down this quickly.
I do run into quite a few "deal" saddles though.
Point in case... I got my 3 year old Schleese Wave for $1500 (including shipping costs)

It would be morally wrong NOT to post a lead to a 99 cent Lauriche saddle.

Seriously! Man I would have risked having that thread shut down if I had found it and didn't personally know anyone in need.

Tropical Rider Easter Sale
All Tropical Rider items are discounted 20% through Monday 4/5 (including already discounted merchandise). I just scored 2 pairs of ultragrip knee patch breeches from their clearance inventory for $28/ea!! Happy Easter to me! They have a decent selection of full seats, extended patch, and knee patch breeches in both ultragrip and deerskin in their clearance inventory, and at an additional 20% off, you can't beat it!

Happy shopping!

I just found myself a new Kieffer Natascha bridle with two sets of reins for $100.
Promise though... if I find more great deals that I don't want I'll pass them on!

OK, when I first heard about "Himalayan Salt Blocks" I almost snorted tea through my nose, thinking "oh, boy, what a gimmick." Then a friend got them for her horses and reported they were consuming more salt. We live on the hot, humid Texas Gulf Coast. Last summer was especially bad. My horses did not TOUCH their salt blocks - either white or mineral. I supplemented electrolytes all summer. I finally broke down and bought some "Himalayan salt" from SmartPak - and my horses immediately started using them, have not quit, and drink much more water in their stalls overnight.
And then I found virtually the same thing on Ebay - and it works out to about HALF what I paid on SmartPak. It's 24 lbs (6 'spools') so those with just one horse may want to go in with someone, but $51 including shipping! I bought some in Feb and they are bigger than the ones I got from SmartPak. The seller shipped very promptly.

Dressage Extensions has Petrie Anky boots for 1/2 off - $349 for a $700 pair of boots, that is semi-screaming ;-)
MVP, I wish I fit in a 16.5, that Verhan is going to go for a screaming low price!

Mattes Saddle Pads
Tack of the Day (www.tackoftheday.com) has Mattes sheepskin saddle pads for $107, almost half price! Still not cheap, but cheap for a Mattes! There are all sorts of styles and colors available.

You sure? A little insider trading? I don't think it was relisted and my computer chose just the wrong moment to get hung up while the auction was going on.
I haven't ridden in one of these and it is small so I'm afraid to take a huge financial risk. I guess things always work out as they are intended to.

If I had a large headed horse I'd buy either of these in a heartbeat.

You can't beat a New Cavalry or a bridle made along Edgewood lines for beauty. And you'll never find a black one of this styling of good quality.
Check 'em out.
