I knew it I knew it, when my sister was appointed as a steward at 's Hertogenbosch I knew that she was trying to arrange a date with Patrik. I told her that he was happily married but she didn't want to listen.

Default video - Totilas' Grand Prix

Interesting, Gal lets out a "phew" at his final halt and salute rather than his usual happy smile.

Interview with Pattrik starts about 25 minutes in. He is actually happily engaged to be married.

I also heard the steward asked for a date....

I find the drama created over this on other websites very interesting. I mean, isn't this what everyone wanted?

It's sport. The same person does not win every time. There are marginal differences but then E. Gal has a "TRAGEDY" ?? because he does not come first every time. Anky tsk tsktsk way down in the scores.

When the scores are a few marks higher they are "WIELDING THE AXE OF POWER!" Wtf? insert Roll eyes here. That's journalist talk. You won't hear the riders spouting such foolishness.

OH MY! If you win every time the judges are corrupt and if you don't win every time it's a tragedy and you should hang your head in shame or jump off a cliff.

Um, this is sport . Sometimes you have a good day and sometimes you have a less than good day and score A FEW POINTS lower. It's never a tragedy FCS just because your score did not come out on top every single time.

People are soooo funny. You can't ever please them.

St Georg magazine has managed to sink to new lows in journalism.... These folks are on par with the likes of The Enquirer and the Star as far as creative reporting is concerned.

eggie, you gonna make yourself crazy following this (and other) BB. You've got far to much practical, not-so-common sense; the consensus (ha!) on this stuff is just going to drive you nucking futz.

The "TRAGEDY" and "AXE OF POWER" commenrts were not from st g but from another bastion of tabloid journalism. Can't remember the name but it's something like Eurotrashage.

I found this to be an utterly charming and totally baffling Google translation from the St. Georg article: About Parzival and Cornelissen, " In the supine position, they drove their fox by the task."

Talking Gotta love those google translations!

FWIW, H&H has a nice report on Adelinde's ride:
    http://www.horseandhound.co.uk/news/397/296354.html

Back on topic, the Kur is supposed to be live streaming now?

I keep getting a message that the system is down?
    However, the live scoring works?

edit to add: Maybe they are on break?

got a message on the screen saying 0nly live streamed in the Netherlands.

I saw some jumping but I guess it was archived footage.

Now there is a great signature for someone:

In the supine position, they drove their fox by the task."

I suppose, egon, I should claim it as my signature......as a reminder of how ultimately silly it all is.

So there's no interest here because there was no TRAGEDY? I guess it was FRAGILITY then,

Looking forward to seeing the videos.

Totilas was much more supine today than the GP test. There were little mistakes here and there but Edward kept the ride on track *masterfully*.

I watched the rides for the GP and read the St. Georg articles and keep wondering if we had watched the same tests...
