Default Wanted - SAFE free lease for adult beginner in MD

Looking for a free lease horse for myself. I'm an adult (48) beginner in MD, and would like to find a horse to free lease for a year. I am taking a couple of lessons a week, W/T/C and starting on cross rails. I previously had an OTTB which I shared with my daughter - she showed him and I was learning on him, but his canter was just too big for me to ever feel comfortable on. Am now looking for something just for myself - safe and bombproof, and big enough for a larger rider. I am hoping to do some low level schooling shows by the summer - just cross rails or even poles! Goal is to lease a horse for a year that can teach me and help me gain confidence, and then buy next summer. I'm fine with an older horse, or one needing maintenance. Would get great care, and lots of love!

Thanks, Time Fault, but that is a bit further than I can go! Really looking for something in MD/NoVa area.

Ajierene - thanks for pointing them out - yes, have checked the first one, and that won't work as it is an on-farm lease. Hadn't seen the other one, but will check it out.
