    Default Brain fart

Okay, I'm know it's been posted before but for the life of me, everytime I read a post with the initials DH, all my baseball obsessed brain can come up with is, designated hitter. I KNOW that's not what it's supposed to be, help my addled mind, please.

I always think Dead Heat (horse related! ) but it's:

    Dear Hubby/Husband

    or

    Damned Husband.

You can usually figure out whether it's dear or damned by the tone of the post.

I looked at the linked thread and did not find the one I've been wondering about. I feel kind of dumb asking (but hey, I could always say I have pumphead, since I just had OHS - open heart surgery), what is BFF?
    Thanks.
