    I'll be interested in this too. Though I'll also be asking my vet what they charge. I've heard all sorts of different things on various forums.

    I've begun to wonder about pulling out my old high school microscope and doing it myself!

    I don't know what your criteria of good or bad is, but I've been using Horsemen's Laboratory http://www.horsemenslab.com/ and been happy with it. Price seems reasonable and results are emailed back quickly.

    I wouldn't recommend these ones as they are qualitative not quantative.......which is what you want........You are looking for the McMasters Method...........do a search there are several threads on this topic.......they will point you in the right direction.
