Default Lay Up Board in WNY - Monroe/Ontario County?

I am looking for a medium to long term lay-up boarding arrangement for an 8 year old TB gelding. He is currently showing some neurological symptoms and is not sound for riding but despite several rounds of veterinary diagnostics and mucho dinero all I have is a recommendation to send him for a CT scan that I cannot afford and no clear long term prognosis. So now I am stuck between a rock and an expensive place; he is in no distress so I can’t imagine having him put down, but I cannot continue to pay the premium I have to board at a stable close to my house and with access to an indoor. He is a good natured guy but is a little bit high on life so he needs confident handling. Please PM me with any recommendations. Thanks.

I'm going to make sure a friend of mine sees this. She may be able to help.
