    Default Hotels near Penn National

Looking for a place to stay near Penn National. Cheap but not "motel", large parking for horse trailer. Thanks for any advice!

Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn are right next door. The Holiday Inn gives a horsemans discount with track ID, don't know about the Hampton Inn.

In addition to what lily just said the area is full of them. Besides ext 80 try ext 77 and 72 off of 81 and all along old 22. You've never seen such a huge concentration of hotels in any area. You'll have no problem at all finding a place to stay.

Main Stay Suites advertises in the condition book and it's pretty much brand new. Newer hotels are always more appealing to me than old one's.

Not trying to steal the thread, but why not check out Philadelphia Park's Turning For Home horses, complete with written veterinarian evaluation, xrays, race record, etc. We have quite a few still on track (about 12 horses) that can be adopted with a small adoption fee, pending a reference check. You name the size, color, etc., and we'll have one for you!!!

We are enroute from NC to Penn National. Check out both. For a start. look at our website under Available Horses at www.patha.org. I get four new horses AT LEAST every week. Call for more info. I am user friendly, I promise!
