    My back and hips would be TOAST! IF that's what it takes for good lateral work, I guess I will have to give up.

    omg, I am so making my trainer chase me around with a wheelbarrow next ride...

    Perhaps I will put a little viking hat on the front.

    I have an Andalusian, and these moves seem to be part of our usual repertoire! Does teach you to have a really secure seat, though!
