I am offering my attractive gray 15-year-old TB gelding for a free lease. He's a great horse for a confident intermediate to advanced rider looking for a 3' children's or adult hunter with a proven show record. He is a nice mover and great jumper with auto changes.

I am only willing to place him in a home within the southern Maryland area or perhaps the Northern Neck of Virginia. Also I am looking for someone who wants to show regularly but not excessively and who is in a regular training program, preferably with the trainer on-site. References and a signed contract are required. Lessee to pay for pre-lease vet exam as well as one at the end of the lease term and to provide a deposit.

I would consider placing him in a good home within a 100 mile radius, which would extend to about Howard County in Maryland or Middleburg in Virginia.

I know that your ad says Northern VA, but I thought I would still reply just in case. My current show horse has developed lymphoma cancer, which has rapidly taken off in the past few weeks. Due to this, I have retired him from any further showing. I am looking for a hunter/jumper/equitation mount to lease. I show around 2-3 times a month during the summer and once a month in the fall. I am located in Virginia Beach, VA at a very nice private facility with two trainers who live on-site. I am not sure if Virginia Beach is too far, but I will leave my email just in case.
