    Thumbs up best cob bedding

Has anyone else used Best Cob bedding? Our Agway just started carrying it. LOVE IT.

It runs about a dollar a bag more than shavings, but you use so much less - we figured about a $3000 a year savings, between having to buy less bedding and having the dumpster emptied less frequently.

I cleaned stalls last night for the first time since BO changed over. Normally, I'd have taken 2.5 or 3 wheelbarrows out - 3 horses kept in all day because of weather. Took out less than 1 wheelbarrow.

This stuff is amazing. Anyone else use it?

Yes! I started using it in December and I can not say enough good about it. It is easy to clean, long lasting, not dusty, economical. It's all good. I buy an 800# bag for about $80 I use one+ a week for 14 stalls.

I love it. You have to be very religious about thorough stall cleaning to have it work optimally. Otherwise it just becomes very very expensive shavings.
