I keep the vent as clean as possible. It was so weird...I put new blades on and they wouldnt cut at all...put the old blades on and they worked again for a little while. I paid a fortune to have them serviced, thinking that the guy did something they didnt like. Kinda like my old TR-6 (lol, british engineering)

Okay, are you sure you had the tension just right w/ the new blades on???
The blades I was using were new but had trace clipped one horse back in December. They were clipping fine until everything froze up. I love the Listers for ease of handling and power and may send these off to see if it's a simple fix. Doesn't seem possible but maaaaybe....
I have never heard of that. Fill me in, would love for it to be something simple!!!! And so would my mare with her partially shaved hind legs......
Update: Okay, on the Peasridge site I found the reset button. Trotted out to the barn and brought the clippers in the house. The reset button didn't fix my problem but when I took the blades off I nudged the crank head and they starting working again. I suspect I need to do a major grease job or something.
