From facebook page: Just got off the phone with Frank, as of now he has 35horses that will be going through auction tomorrow night...we expected this but hoped not! With this many horses prior to auction, we are gonna end up with at least 50 horses..Please help them... Also slaughter $1.00 per pound.

Ah, that explains why the name is familiar. Poor boy.

Wasn't another, similar thread, just closed for advertising? Really, if people want to give the money for auction horses, fine. Camelot runs on a regular schedule. Horses will be there every week. Apparently there is a facebook page people can follow. I personally, do not need an update every week. And yes, I know, I don't have to open the thread, but I get enough annoyance at the title.

No, it wasn't closed because of "advertising". It was closed because, as the moderator put it, people were getting snippy with each other, and the mods didn't want to have to devote further resources to deal with the inappropriate behavior of the posters.
From what I saw, the "snippiness" was started by those who were clearly "annoyed" at threads like this. Honestly, I cannot understand the annoyance. With 50 threads per page, and currently 225 pages of threads, surely one can overlook the occasional thread they may find "annoying".
To the OP, thanks for the update! I am very glad and relieved that all the Camelot horses found homes this week. It took an incredible amount of networking and hard work, but it got done. I hope this good trend continues - lots of nice horses got very lucky!
Thanks to you, too, Alibhai's Alibar, for donating your time and professional expertise to take your fantastic pics of the horses that truly captures their real essence. I'm sure it helps the home-finding efforts.
