What would ya'll say is the best bridle with a wide noseband? Hypothetically a horse has a large head and looks wierd in something delicate. I like the hadfields (and they match my saddle) but I didn't see if they had a wide nosband or not, and couldn't tell much from the stock photos.

Do they come dark enough? The ones I see are too light...

I have the Beval Heritage with the wide noseband for Gomez. He doesn't have an ugly head, but his blaze goes off to the side so it helps offset the illusion that he is going around with his head cocked to the side. I really do like the bridle, though it seems to run a bit small.

My Antares has a wide noseband, its beautiful leather and workmanship and very reasonably priced for a bridle of such quality.

My Antares has a wide noseband too and it looks great. It comes in a darker and lighter leather.

It comes in 2 colors? Didn't know that, I wasn't given an option, mine was on the light side but one oiling and it darkened very nicely.

Have to say that I like the Antares best of all the choices mentioned... although the Jimmys and Hadfields models are also very nice.
The wider noseband look seems to flatter a lot of horses better than the narrower version, unless you are dealing with a very delicate "breedy" type head.

I'm pretty sure it does. When I bought mine I saw ones that were a lot darker too. Maybe they were already oiled or something?

I bought mine directly from their customer service rep on their website based on recommendations from Lucassb so didn't know anything about the color. Its possible the darker ones you saw were already oiled.
