That’s Your Opinion (aka Chance) is a 16.2 hand, 12 year old register/incentive fund appendix QH. Chance is a gorgeous, well built, chestnut with the chrome to match. He is my all time dream horse, but due to lack of time to devote to him, I am reluctantly trying to find him a home on a free lease basis – I would like to have the opportunity to remain his forever home when he is old and gray and retired. Chance is incredibly versatile, he goes English and western, he has given lessons to my 6 year old niece, and then turned around and babysat a 56 year old man on the trails! He is an incredibly strong and talented horse and has a lot of potential for someone who is willing to give him the time. Chance needs an experienced rider over fences, but would be highly suitable for an older experienced person looking for a great trail horse to ride regularly. He will hack out alone sensibly, but truly excels in a group setting; he doesn’t kick, has been ponied and will pony too! Chance has placed well at schooling shows and is a perfect gentleman off property. He is beyond intelligent! Unfortunately at a young age, Chance learned from his previous owner that bucking was a way to avoid work, luckily when in a consistent workout program, Chance doesnt turn to bucking and seems quite content to participate in any activity.
Chance has the best ground manners of any horse, he clips (ears too!), trailers, ground ties, round pens, lunges, you name it. He is loving, affectionate, and has an amazing personality and sense of humor! He is also an extremely easy keeper!
Chance is an extremely special horse and it will take a special person to make a connection – but I would love to find that person. Chance doesn’t belong in a field just yet – he has only been under saddle and over fences consistently since he was 7 and he still has a lot of miles left him, he just needs a job. This would be a long term free lease to a good home – all I would ask is that he is fed well, kept up-to-date on his farrier visits and shots….PM me and i will be happy to send phoots!
