The most common would have to be:

    "Howdyago?" or "Howdego?" or "Howdshego?"

I've gotten some horrified looks when talking about jumping through a coffin...

"Glue over here was nappy at the helsinki before the coffin and we got the big E. Did the walk of shame. Worst thing was that god (aka JW) was watching. Need biggers spurs a bigger bit and a 5 point breastplate. That will make it all good."

"Half coffin" is probably even more confusing

    "We dropped into the water"

    "We jumped the red barn"

Don't even need the "jump" part - how about:

    Did you go clean?
    Were you clean?

First time I told my non-horsey parents I went clean xc, they worried that I had somehow fallen off out of their line of sight.

LOL! How about "going to need more hardware the next time out!"

We were sticky at 2, he dropped anchor at 3. came back, did a hail Mary and flew over 4. A long, no-hoper at 5 Just squeaked over 6. Absolutely no brakes at 7 and 8. Nappy dirty runout at 9. Way overfaced at 10 but got him up in front and coming from behind at 11. Lost my right iron at 12 and did a Todd through 13 before I got it back. Slid in deep to 14, deer hopped over that one. Scrambled up 15, spot on (finally) at 16 and 17. Ran for home, rode it like I stole it (thanks Ralph) Just over time.

How about the names of our levels?

Me: "I moved up from Novice to Training!"
Non-eventer: "You had to go back to training because you aren't even a novice yet? I though you'd been riding for 25 years!"

Only to be out done by...What stud did you use, were they enough? What in front / behind? .Would a bullet behind be enough?

Question Would you really? gag and twist?

If he's too low in front try a gag or a corkscrew, if. a slow twist is not enough.
