    Default Free Online Riding Logs?

New Year's Resolution: Ride more regularly/consistently.

I'm googling around for a free online riding "log" type program. Not finding a whole lot beyond the AQHA program. Anyone have one that they've used and would recommend?

Rode on the 1st, the 3rd and am on track to go today...just would like to have a place to keep track of what we're working on/hours/etc.

    TIA!

don't know of anything online specifically for riding, but i have kept riding journals in notebooks, word documents, and googledocs, and all worked well for me. you just have to be dilligent about updating, and be able to create a format that works for you. i would write down the date, what i planned to work on, what i actually ended up working on, how that went, and goals/reflections for my next ride.

good luck with it! keeping a riding/training journal definitely helps me stay focused.

Oh! I didn't even think about the google doc thing. Good idea!

I like doing things online because then I can update from work/home/wherever. I'm terrible about remembering to carry a book around w/ me.

    Thanks!

no problem! the other great thing about using google is you can set reminders on your calendar to update daily/weekly if you tend to get flaky about that stuff. (which i sometimes do)

I've noticed a couple of people have links to http://www.chronicleofmyhorse.com/

I just checked and you can set the visibility of blog posts to 'just me' 'only friends' or 'public'.

    www.rendaivu.com

There is a training tab and I just create an entry for each time I work with my horse. I also use their care tabs to track everything else and then I get emails that it's time to worm or trim feet or get spring shots.
