Default Foam pillow love! = no more pain in the neck!

I finally got a high tech foam pillow. And I have to say I wish I had bought one years ago! I have a bone chip in my neck and I was starting to have a lot of problems, severe headaches, numb hands in the morning, stiff neck and back muscles.

Now, all those problems are gone! If you're having problems like mine, try one of these pillows!

Does it feel like a gremlin is standing on your shoulder jabbing an ice pick into your neck?

If so, I'm gonna get me one of those!

My AM headaches were getting so bad I'd vomit. Since I got the pillow no more headaches or other symptoms.

Now is a good time to buy one. Mine was regularly 80 bucks but I got it for 1/2 off.

I have a special IKEA pillow for side sleepers and they really are great. I didn't have any big problems, just some stiffness, and the pillow has given me many nights of wonderful sleep!

    Thumbs up

I use a memory foam half moon shaped or U shaped pillow. I am a new woman with proper support! It was in a bad car accident in 1993 it shifted my neck . It caused nausea from the intense pain. I did the whole chiropractic thing, PT, meds, and cervical spine injections. Hubby bought me a special pillow for Christmas about 10 years ago. I thought "you have to be kidding" - but to make him happy I used it. It was instant relief! The BEST thing i ever did for my neck! I have not need a chiro adjustment since. I replace it periodically. What an ingenious idea - whoever came up with it!

Yep. Have been using a foam pillow for MANY years. Can't live w/o it. After my accident and the chronic neck/back pain... I can't sleep w/ a regular pillow ever again.

    Best thing ever.

Yea I have had a memory foam pillow for years and it's a lifesaver. I just bought a new one a few months ago as my old one finally needed to be retired. I was having tons of neck pain until I bought my pillow.

Sometimes I will even take my pillow on trips as I'm afraid to leave home without it.

I know you didn't ask me but I got mine from the Sleep Number Store. That store sells the air beds but they have the memory foam shaped pillows. The shaped pillows are great as it helps to keep your spine straight while you sleep.

Oooo, my first experience with these kinds of pillows was when I ended up in the hospital with appendicitis. The pillows there were terrible, and after surgery I could only sleep on my back. My neck was killing me.

My awesome boyfriend brought one of his foam pillows from home for me to use....talk about heaven!

Needless to say....that pillow is now mine in our house.

Costco sells memory foam pillows for about maybe $30-40? They're shaped so you can use them for back or side sleeping. I got an expensive Tempurpedic one about 20 years ago as I kept waking up with one side of my face numb, and in a lot of neck pain. After that worked so well, I got the full Tempurpedic mattress!! That took care of my hip pain, so that I could actually walk in the AM. Still sleeping on that mattress.
