it's not the edge of the earth, but you can see it from here
The Plow Fairy visited while I was in writhing pain today in bed with a migraine.
I heard him. He did the main driveway, God Bless him. Young kid who helped the first storm when there was tons of mud underneath the fresh snow and I couldn't even GET to the plow.
The biggest, most helpful thing is he does the bank at the end of the driveway. My driveway is *almost* flat. So slight a grade as to be barely noticeable. Until there is ice or you're trying to push the snowbank UP and across...
Kindness begets kindness. I am SO GRATEFUL for my plow fairy this year. Even though plow is safely attached. He could not have known my sheer agony today with migraine. He would've done it anyway. But the fact that he did it TODAY, even though he saw ME plowing last night... miraculous.
It's gone a pathetically long way to restoring my faith in humanity. Provided my head doesn't explode before tomorrow (it might, it truly might) I will be swiping snowbanks for those shovelling or snowblowing.
A little help goes a long way. A little anonymous help goes further.
