    Default Stubben saddle question

I got a name plate for my saddle for Christmas, but my saddle already has a silver plate on the back of the cantle with the Stubben logo on it. Can this plate be removed? or is it embedded into the leather. I don't want to remove the screws and find I can't remove it.

if it has screws, that should mean it will come off. just make sure that the length of the stubben plate is not longer than your name plate (or i should say the distance between the nail holes)
