Oh isn't she so sad!!! What a sweetie, bless her heart! The blind ones always tear at my heart, I have a completely blind ASB. At least she still has on eye. I'm glad they were able to get her and her baby!
I want a signature but I have nothing original to say except: "STHU and RIDE!!!

Wonderful COTHER's I've met: belleellis, stefffic, snkstacres and janedoe726.

    On a peaceful horse farm

I saw this mare and foal at NH Monday; poor thing was so thin and so concerned about her foal who was wandering the aisle [not too far from mum, though]. She was a sweet, sweet mare and I hope we'll see followup pictures of her when she has recovered from her trauma and gained the needed weight.
The horse I bet on was so slow, the jockey kept a diary of the trip.

    Default Doing well

I just wanted people to know this mare is doing well. The baby has been weaned and the mare already looks better.

If anybody is interested in donating to her cause please click here:

I have talked with the mare's breeder and they are taking the pair back. I will not be releasing the names involved.

I am sure that when they wean the foal she will pick up weight in short time.

She either had her papers with her, or at least her real name so they could look her up.
