When is the deadline for submitting the year end awards results for Dressage and Eventing?

Just a personal grumble here from a Reserve Champion. It would be nice if a Reserve Champion photo could be used if the Champion did not submit one.

If you have a specific question, contact our results editor, Melanie Harrison, at results@chronofhorse.com. But please do read the submission guidelines carefully before asking her. We publish more than 1000 photos, so it's a very busy time for her!

So if we submit photos for HOTY Zone Awards to USEF, do they then submit the photos to you?

I don't have an answer yet on the USEF question, but I'm working on it, and I'll post here as soon as I know.

So, the photographer of our photo sent the release to us instead of to the chronicle.
Can I fax a copy of it in and put the original in the mail tomorrow, 01/11?

OK, I've got answers!

USEF is supposed to be sending on their photos for Zone Awards. However, if you want to make absolutely sure we get your photo, you can also send a copy to us.

If you end up with the release instead of us, just fax a copy of the release to the Chronicle, (540) 687-3937 and make sure it reads: Attention: Melanie Harrison.
