...gets a huge thumbs up! Ordered a new turnout sheet today for a horse coming in on Monday (if there are no problems with the PPE) and left a note on the order to please call me if the sheet was not in stock as I need it next week. Ten minutes later, a VTO rep calls to tell me that it is in stock and they are shipping it out today and it should be here tomorrow!
I always forget about ordering from them. I usually only remember them when I get a sale email. Great customer service and $4.95 shipping will keep my coming back as a regular. Thank you VTO!
Yes, they are great. But what is sad is that what they did is what should be NORMALLY expected from any store. So when we get ANY service we are all excited. You would think with the economy that tack shops would be more than ever gong above and beyond to retain business, but they are one of the worst as far as service.

We took a "field trip" to VTO in July while at a show in Lexington. They were fabulous in person too. And they were slammed with their July 4th sale, but they kept checking on us to make sure we did not need anything and helped us root around to find it when we did. It was a great time.
