I had one in my barn this winter. Her name is Moonshot Monkey. The guys who gallop
for my at PID own her and she came to my farm for a while. Tiny tiny little bitty filly. Not much to
look at but she did win.

....My first thought was "Your lovely what?"

I hope the owners meant her name as a noun, not an adjective without/with an implied object.

OMG. Now people are misspelling Your/ You're when registering horses??? So sad..

Other horses have had their names misspelled, though:
    Reputed Testamony
    Commanche Trail

But these are not at the level of not knowing the difference between Your and You're.

If I owned Your Lovely I might have to name her foal: Their You Go.

Reputed Testamony's name was misspelled on purpose. I met the owners many many years ago and they told me the reason. I just can't remember what it was. But the spelling wasn't a mistake.

FWIW Smarty Jones was one of the the top PA sires in 2012--so maybe he has found the right market.

Regarding spellings--sometimes it is the jockey club that misreads the name requested especially if handwritten as in the old days--and a pain to get changed afterwards.
