    Our 6-month old barn kitten, Nilla, does just that. She'll eat what she wants and leaves the rest to show us OR she'll take it with her into her soft-igloo-house. She loves to save her treasures of the hunt. I think she just savors the memory. Ick

    Usually we find the shriveled, petrified remains and dispose of it before she notices.
