What's your favorite photo from the 09 breeding season.
I'm going to pick just 2 even though that is REALLY hard! But for me this epitomizes why I breed. The joy we get from these little fellows. Both babies are by Bravo and I just love the look on their owners faces.
Does anybody else have any favorites they'd like to share?

To dare; progress comes at this price. All sublime conquests are, more or less, the rewards of daring.
This is my favorite.... it's not a "great" photo in the usual sense, but I just love it.
I didn't take the photo, and it was just taken with a cell phone camera.... but it is of our absolute MIRACLE filly at 8 days old, sleeping in my daughter's lap, taken by her with her cell phone.
This filly was a bottle baby until she was 11 days old, when she woke up one morning and wanted milk from her mom instead of the bottle. I had fed her every hour between 6 am and midnight for those first 11 days, and would set the alarm for every 2 hours in the intervening time. I milked the mare each time, so it was an extremely grueling schedule. We battled her being unable to stand, contracted tendons, wrapping, unwrapping, ulcers, a hole in her hoof, an injury and more. The hardest thing I've ever done.... and she is thriving. Looking at her today, you would never know what a hard start she had.
She is now weaned and out with the other foals -- but whenever she sees me I get the nicest possibly whinny, and she runs to be with me. She is indeed very special.
Man that's a hard one... this is probably one of my favorites... it's such an incredible feeling putting so much time into getting a foal on the ground, raising them, and then having them do well at a show. It's an unbeatable feeling.
