PLACED, THX :) Medium dark bay British Riding Pony Mare
A friend needs to find a good home for her medium pony mare (should stick roughly 13.1). Annie is a very cute dark bay with a star and a snip. She was purchased as a hunter pony project and started under saddle - w/t/c and a few crossrails, but a change in circumstances leaves no time to finish her. Fairly easy natural lead change. Very sweet, in your pocket personality - she loves to be the center of attention. The pony has not been in work the last two months due to lack of time, so likely will need some finishing before she will be ready to be ridden by a child. Shoes were pulled when she was turned out the last two months, and she will need to be shod before going back to work. Good home is essential. Please call (706) 207-5390 if interested. Pictures available - I will post one as soon as I can.
*UPDATE -- ANNIE HAS FOUND A NEW HOME AND IS ARRIVING THERE THIS AFTERNOON -- THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO INQUIRED!!

FYI, you may want to call the pony's owner because I am out of town for a couple more days and will not have access to the pictures until I get home, but she could probably send them to you before then. I'll post when I get back and can access them. Thanks!

I have received several pedigree inquiries -- Annie is by Jacket's Man of the Road (imported from the Jacket Stud) and her dam is Sweet Dreams. Annie does not currently have papers, but her owner could put you in touch with the breeder, who owned the stallion at the time. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who has inquired - it looks like Annie has a home, they are just working out transportation arrangements. If it falls through, her owner will circle back with those who have inquired. Thanks!
