Can someone remind me what those mean? Ie., there is no jumpoff, if there is a jumpoff they do it after their first round or at the end of the class??

I think this was covered about a month ago, you might do a search. What I know is: Table IIb means you jump around..clear? then wait for the whistle and do your jump off. Table IIC means you do your round, no whistle, go straight into your jump off, hear a whistle? exit the ring, you had a rail.
