I agree!!! Would love for For Compliment to come to the US, though it's probably too much to hope for.

What an incredible catalog and presentation. Steady cam!?! the bar keeps moving and we in America simply can't and or/don't try to keep up. I am amazed. OK NOW what do I have to have on my sale page to be competitive...besides brilliant horses...fun to see but daunting...time to call my web woman. Wow. Wow. PatO

I hate to say this, but I'm not really impressed by the majority of the candidates (dressage horses).

Karin, please. You know those Stedingers are unrideable and painfully shy. Geeesh.

Wowza! Those are some nice horses. Keeping my fingers crossed that For Compliment come to North America. Did you guys notice the very close line breeding on many of theses horses? Is this common? Look at the pedigrees on 4,8,10, 24. Is there such thing as too much Donnerhall and Sandro Hit? A friend of mine breeds dogs and she just bred half sister to half brother. Ended up with 5 puppies, only 1 of which survived. They suspect there were genetic defects with the others.

I think I am going to be tied up with the Washington International up here, but if I can squeeze in seeing Wildcard at the BLM champs I will come!

Yankeelawyer - I think your Stedinger colt is as good or better than the Stedinger/Bonheur at PSI.

Karin, you should go see Victoria's foals!

I agree with siegi b. Some of the dressage horses don't excite me.

I also agree with Forte. The inbreeding on several of those horses is frightening. Royal Schufro is 50% Loretta and 19% Donnerhall. And he's a stallion although it doesn't say if he is approved. To my mind that amount of inbreeding is playing with genetic fire.

I do like Diamonit, lovely expressive front legs and hind legs that are quick enough.

Drool, drool, drool. Interesting how some are purposely in-bred, you don't see that too much in the Hanoverian world. But they came out nice!!

Also love the camera that travels along with the horses, must be driving along in a car next to them, very cool!!

I like Dubai, and if I were rich, he'd be on his way to the states after the auction. But, since I am not rich, I will continue to hope that someone who IS rich loves me and wants me to be happy, and therefore will somehow see this post and buy Dubai for me. Rich person who loves me, are you there?
