Sorry guys - I'm getting married Feb 6th, so I'm gonna have to pass on doing it this year - any takers? (Chocomare has done it as well, but she is also doing the Secret Santa)

Great!! I'll join in but I don't know how to set it up. In the past the names and addresses were done on spreadsheets but that's beyond me!! I don't remember where we emailed our names and snail mail addies. Anyone remember??

If you all want I will be the one to collate everything into one spreadsheet and send it out to everyone. What would everyone need to include? Their COTH name, real name, and address? If you want me to let me know and I will set up an email account just for this.

In the past we did COTH name, address (including country), and email in case something was wrong

last year we submitted:
COTH Name-
Real Name-
Farm Name-
Mailing Address (incl country)
Freebird, in addition to the spread sheet, also did labels!!! I was able to download and print the labels with all addresses. Very convenient! I would rather have those than the spreadsheet.....(FolsomBlues...hint!hint! )
