Default Yikes! I think I'm going to feel short on the new horse that I am starting!

Looked at the photos of me next to the 3 year old that I am going to be working with, and boy do I feel short What do you think? Think he will even notice me up there? And to think he is still growing! (butt high as we speak)

Well he was sticked at 16.2 in the spring/ early winter. Going to feel a bit odd since he is not (as you can tell) slab sided like the rest of the horses I ride. My poor short legs!

My last competition horse was 17.3h. Solid, photo-proven, sticked by everyone at 17.3h. Some people liked to claim he was 18h but I always refered to the photo I have of him standing straight w/ the stick set just at his wither at 17.3h solid. I'm 5'11 and I had to go on my tip toes to see over his back. It was awesome. He was an OTTB, too! Vet said he was the second biggest horse she'd ever seen, the biggest thoroughbred she'd ever seen.

Wonder if your baby is going to get up into my guy's altitude when he grows up?
