Default Feeding yearling dengie or other forage replacer?

Anyone know of any drawbacks to this? Too much protein in the alfalfa? Too many carbs in the forage replacers fortified with molasses? I am considering either Hi-Fiber Dengie or Triple Crown Forage Cubes.
