Default Out on a limb here, but what about this stallion?

I will preface this by stating that I'm not an advocate of breeding "cheap" stock of any ilk, so I'm treading carefully here.

I have a horse on layup (I'm not the owner) who may be looking to go on to a breeding operation. I'm inquiring about his value as a potential stud.

He's a 4 y.o. TB, 16.3 hh, dark bay. Was purchased by a syndicate as a yearling for $300,000 (Keeneland). Breeding is Pulpit out of a Deputy Minister mare. He has a left front ankle injury that has ended his racing career (his racing form is dismal, but I suspect that he was used up early...).

Any opinions about his worth as a breeding stallion?

As a breeding stallion for what? If for Warmbloods, no, he would have to be approved for breeding. If for hunters, maybe, if the hunter people like his bloodlines.
