Default Hay analysis alphabet soup again: ESC, WSC, NFC . . .

My hay analysis (I do this every year) never makes sense to me unless I sit down and try to remember how it all works. I never save the info, either, so every year I have to ask--how do you calculate NSC from the available numbers of WSC, ESC, Simple Sugars, NFC, NDF, and Starch?

    I feel so dumb.

    Thanks.

    Here's the video:

The short version is: NSC = WSC + starch

Thanks Katy. I'm reasonably OK again, then--both batches just under 12%.
