Default free paint mare, sound for light riding to good home NJ

One of the guys whose horses I take care of no longer has the time to put into his mare. She has just got an abscess, he had the vet out and he has no time to soak, wrap, etc. He has been thinking about trying to find her a home for awhile now but this is just his final descision. She has been turned out with mares/geldings and has been fine. She should be fine for light riding walk/trot/canter and trail riding once this abscess pops and she is sound again. She was fine before it but he just has no more time for her and needs to get rid of her ASAP. She is a great girl, very sweet. She is a 19 year old paint mare, 15.1 I am 5'4 and she makes me look like im 5' because she is so stocky! She is very smooth, a lot of fun to ride bareback. You can put almost anyone on her, shes a great horse. He has papers on her and everything. Once the abscess is gone she would really make someone very happy who has the time for her. If you are interested please let me know! We are in Middletown, NJ.

BUMP! Anyone? This girl needs a home. She is finally starting to get better. She would make a great companion horse as well if anyone is looking for one. We need to find her a loving home ASAP

She is a cutie! I normally don't like paints but I think she looks like a sweetheart! I'm in NJ too, but unfortunately not able to afford a horse right this second. Good luck! And you are awesome for taking over her care for now!

Do you want to contact some local rescues and see if they can help you place her? PM me for more info. I'm in Monmouth County.
