Default HOW MANY riding disciplines do you regularly compete in?

Curious how many COTHers out there who compete, do so (regularly...as in at least several shows per year, per discipline) in multiple disciplines? I compete at rated ASB shows with my ASB hunter, and I also compete at dressage shows with another ASB I own.

For the eventers - that only counts as one But if you're an eventer who also shows regularly at H/J shows, or dressage shows, that'd be two!

I'm not counting recreational riding of any sort in this poll - strictly competition. No trail riding, foxhunting (although I do both!).....just looking for those who compete.

I'm really looking to see how many people compete in multiple disciplines, which the COTH survey didn't address. Poll choices changed to reflect that. I obviously wasn't thinking when posting!

Well, I did show both saddle seat and western for a little while, but I sold the horse that went western. Generally I show saddle seat only, but I'm not selling my western show stuff in case I get another big pretty dork that turns heads in silver. I loved showing western- the clothes are fun and much cooler in the summer heat. I only showed hunt seat when I was a kid at local shows- there ain't no way I'd put my fat butt in breeches now!

Currently, just vaulting, but in the previous 2 years I competed regularly in Hunters, Jumpers, Equitation, Dressage, and Eventing, as well, and did one hunter pace.

I'm not counting anything I used to do....the list would be awfully long. I have never competed in reining/working type western events, and I've never vaulted. I've also never shown in driving. But about everything else....yes!

Hmmm H/J, Saddleseat, Saddleseat EQ (still learning, def the hardest, and weirdest type of riding I've ever done) Western Pleasure (with TWHs and AQHA...does that count as two?) Dressage (normal and Walking specific) and Sidesaddle!

I compete in two, eventing and dressage since they somewhat go hand in hand. I am thinking about trying low jumpers with my TB this winter but have not actually taken him out yet so I did not count that one.

I compete in three - eventing, dressage, and jumpers. Used to do the hunters but it's too boring.

I mainly event, but I show jump over the winter, and do stressage... sorry, dressage shows when I'm feeling brave enough.

When I was doing more with my mares (this economy sucks!):

    1) dressage
    2) jumpers
    3) eventing
    4) 1 judged trail per year
    5) hunter paces

And back in the day with my first horse:
    1) hunters
    2) jumpers
    3) English pleasure
    4) eventing
    5) Western Eq and Pleasure
    6) Western trail
    7) Competitive trail
