TB yearling filly free to excellent home. Excellent references required.
I was given this filly as a companion to my filly when I weaned her, so I want to pass on the favor and rehome her for free.
She was a twin, so she is smaller than she would have been otherwise, but she is perfectly healthy and sound. She's currently 14 hands at a year and a half, born in January. I think she's going to be much larger than anyone suspected. She looks to me like she'll finish about 15.2.
Her name is Artemis. Artemis was one of the most widely venerated of the Ancient Greek deities. She is the twin sister of Apollo and the goddess of the hunt.
She's a very sweet filly and has had tons of handling. She clips, loads and stands for the farrier. She wears a saddle and bridle and will walk around quietly wearing them.
Located in Harford, PA, just north of Scranton.
She does have some scarring on her hind cannon bones where they bandaged her when she was born and didn't realize that she had very thin skin from being so small and a twin, but it's purely cosmetic.
