Default Resumes..what do you look for?(HR)

I am working on a resume and wondered what are the most important thing you would like to see (as in you are a BO looking for a BM) or trainer?
    TIA

Results, BNT, length of employment, relevant experience, some clue of ethics and good moral character.

Try to get your resume as concise as possible. Very short paragraph followed with bullets. Unless you have very very impressive and long history, try to keep your resume to one page. No one wants to read long winding resumes. Use power words (verb) that describe what you did instead of what you were (noun). For example, I trained so and so to this level, instead of, I was a trainer of horse so and so to this level...

Also, make sure to run spell check....
