Default how long will beet pulp pellets keep?

I stopped feeding my horses their beet pulp this summer as they were all getting too fat. They've just been living on hay for about 3-4 months now. I still have an almost full bag that's been here in the house. It smells fine. Would it be ok to feed? I'm too cheap to throw it out if there's nothing wrong with it-

If it hasnt gotten damp, it will be fine - I often have 'leftovers' to use up in the fall

If stored cool enough, and dry, then they keep just about forever, as do the shreds.

JB beat me. I was going to say that if kept cool and dry, it appears they might be the perfect 'disaster ration' as they seem to keep quite indefinitely.
