    Uh, the show was cancelled, the horses are healthy and cared for...what world? What coming to? What problem? They weren't sold for meat.

    I think the OP misunderstood the story.

    "Stranded" does not equal "abandoned."

    The show was cancelled. The company producing the show did not expect this to happen, and they had no place to put the horses (as it's not something they planned for).

    A stable stepped up and said they would offer a place for the horses to go until the producing company could figure out something (or book another show).

    After looking at the "stars" (equine), I'd be interested to find out more about the show actually

    They were here in Houston for a while, at Sam Houston Race Park. Sort of a cross between Cavalia and Cirque do Soleil, with a bit more of a Mongol warrior schtick, from the ads I saw. Did anyone see them while they were here?
