It's a leased property so it's more of a takeover than a sale. I did confront BO about it and it seems that this woman would like to take it over but that doesn't necessarily mean she will be. To my mind it's up to the property owner and I suspect they are smarter than that.
I hope she comes around again so I can ask her more questions about her plans. Last time she told me that she was getting into breeding....I wonder if it will be unicorns!

Yeah, fact check with your current BO. If that wingnut IS the buyer, run for the hills!

put her in her place about her idiosy.

I keep thinking if I had been the one there when she walked up and saiid that I would have simply responded "You sound like you're drunk" and left it at that. If she's menatlly, rather than chemically, impaired, then, well, probably wouldn't have.

Idiocy is one of my fave words. Covers so many layers of...well...idiocy.
Airborne? Oh. Yes, he can take a joke. Once. After that, the joke's on you.

This is what I was going to say also. Perhaps she was just coming to interview for the job? Maybe she's nuts enough to think that she's an automatic shoe-in. (or is it "shoo-in". whatever.)
