Default Lost my Furst Romancier colt today...

Born 2 days ago, 4 weeks premature. Started to stand & nurse by himself 5am but by 8am had crashed. Antibody reaction to mother's colostrum which was just to much for him to battle. Gorgeous bay with 2 matching hind socks & star. Great topline, long neck, pretty head. Really nice colt. Really sad. He tried so hard to make it. I've been looking forward to this baby so much. Just really bummed right now.

    Unhappy

I am so sorry for your loss. It is really hard to say goodbye to those that we actually "meet" and who have such a strong survival instinct. We admire them for their effort and hurt when they leave.
