Default looking for a quiet draft/draft cross near WV

Hi, I am looking for a quiet draft or draft cross for my husband to do trail riding on. My husband works a lot and the horse would only be rode around once or twice per week on trails. I have gaited horses TW's and he does not feel comfortable riding them and wants a draft or cross to trail ride on. Would prefer laid back horse that enjoys lots of walking cause that is what he likes to do. He likes to take his time and smell the roses. If you have one that needs a good home where it will be loved and cared for, please let me know.

He has had a draft before and really loved riding it.

    Any questions just ask.

You might try Frog Pond Farms Draft Rescue in Cambridge Ohio. I adopted a very quiet Belgian mare from them. The website is Lisa Gordon runs the rescue and is very knowledgeable about draft horses.

    Good luck in your search!
